## Title: Front Office Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's front desk. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures, provide excellent customer service, and supervise the front office team to deliver a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front office operations, including guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and inquiries
  • Ensure excellent guest service by handling complaints, requests, and special needs promptly and professionally
  • Train, schedule, and motivate front office staff to maintain a high standard of service
  • Monitor room availability, manage reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest readiness
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and front desk reports
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Ensure front office equipment (computers, phones, POS systems) is functioning properly and report any issues to management
  • Assist with staff performance evaluations and recommend improvements when needed
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly front office reports as required by management
  • Act as the point of contact for VIP guests, groups, and special events when required

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations, hotel PMS systems, and reservation procedures
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Professional appearance and ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
