About the Role

An established company is recruiting a Professional Chef for a live-in position based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare menus
• Prepare local and continental dishes to a high standard
• Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene standards

Requirements

• OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
• 4–8 years of professional cooking experience
• Excellent knowledge of local Nigerian cuisine
• Good knowledge of continental dishes
• Strong menu planning skills
• Proficiency in kitchen hygiene standards
• Age: 35–50 years
• Must be based in Lagos
• Live-in arrangement required

Compensation

N250,000 – N300,000 monthly
