An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Summary:
  • Performs equipment setup, operation and production, equipment adjustments,  troubleshooting and minor representative maintenance tasks to meet all standards for safety, quality and efficiency before, during and after production.
  • Carries out raw materials preparations and products production monitoring.
  • Authority Gives Production equipment conditions reports.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Feed raw materials into production machinery
  • Assemble goods on production lines
  • Monitor the production process
  • Carry out basic quality and testing checks
  • Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
  • Supervising lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders
  • Pack goods to be shipped/delivered
  • Maintain work areas and equipment – good housekeeping.
Report To
  • Production/Operation Manager
Experience:
  • Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or SSCE/WAEC certificate.
  • Knowledge of production required.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in manufacturing is required.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide training.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when required.
Remuneration:
  • #50,000 Salary and #10,000 transport and recharge card allowance for the probation period of 6 months.
  • Incentives: Also 2k -4k per production day.
