## Title: Production Pharmacist

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Production Pharmacist to join our rapidly expanding pharmaceutical manufacturing team. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will work collaboratively with the production process team to achieve output and efficiency targets while ensuring products are manufactured in full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and all applicable regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and oversee pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines
Work with the production team to meet output and efficiency targets
Maintain detailed quality and process documentation
Drive process improvements and innovation initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) degree
Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)

Preferred Competencies

In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
Proactive and analytical mindset
Strong attention to detail
Drive for efficiency and continuous improvement
