Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Production Manager to oversee beverage bottling plant operations and achieve output and efficiency targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all beverage bottling plant operations to meet production targets and efficiency goals
• Manage, develop, and motivate teams to achieve set objectives
• Manage plant resources and budgets effectively
• Monitor plant performance and its contribution to business profitability

Requirements

• Relevant degree qualification
• Minimum 7 years of applicable experience in beverage bottling production operations in a reputable company
• High level of competence in water/beverage bottling production operations
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams
• Strong knowledge of applicable CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Hands-on experience in resource and budget management
• Results-driven approach with commitment to sustainable, high-quality performance
