Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Production In-Charge to oversee and coordinate shift-based manufacturing operations. You will ensure production processes are safe, efficient, and aligned with quality standards while meeting output targets and effectively managing tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing operations and team performance
• Set and monitor production targets, ensuring output meets quality expectations
• Plan, adjust, and manage production schedules for efficiency and timeliness
• Lead and train production staff, fostering motivation and accountability
• Enforce safety and health regulations across the production floor
• Supervise product inspections and uphold quality control standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely material supply
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity
• Maintain accurate production documentation and reporting systems

Requirements

• Degree in Plastics Technology
• 5 years of industrial experience in a similar position in Blown Film, manufacturing, or packaging operations
• Proficiency in production planning and resource allocation
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
