About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily operations on the production floor. You will assist machine operators, handle materials, maintain quality standards, and ensure a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the production of packaging materials
• Operate production equipment under supervision
• Inspect and sort products for quality before packaging
• Help with labeling, packing, and stacking finished goods
• Support stock movement between production and storage areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards or equipment issues
• Provide support to the production supervisor with daily tasks

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging (advantageous)
• Basic knowledge of production processes and workplace safety
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials for extended periods
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when necessary
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a safety-first mindset

Compensation

₦60,000 per month
