About the Role

We are seeking a Product Trainer with strong expertise in solar panel systems and energy storage products, including lithium-ion batteries and inverters. You will design and deliver comprehensive product training to internal teams, partners, and installers, ensuring correct product use, field readiness, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and lead product training on photovoltaic (PV) systems, inverters, and battery storage
• Develop technical content including manuals, guides, videos, and e-learning materials
• Deliver hands-on and virtual training sessions to sales representatives, field teams, and installers
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to maintain current and accurate training content
• Support product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and live field enablement activities
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and participant feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field
• 3–5+ years of experience in technical or product training, specifically with solar and battery systems
• Strong understanding of photovoltaic technology, battery systems, and inverters
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Willingness to travel for on-site and field training activities
