A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.
Position Overview:
- Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials
- Inspection of Printed components and develop reports. Knowledge of using Measuring Instruments and report generating software are must.
- Follow-up with external testing laboratories for scheduling tests and getting reports on time
- Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned division at the earliest
- Resolving quality-related issues adhering to deadlines
- Providing quality training to the team
- Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records
- Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met
- Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels
- Monitor the production phase at various levels
- Monitor the calibration of all the equipment used for manufacturing and their serviceability.
- Ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner by complying with the overall company’s Occupational, Health, Safety & Environmental System.
- Support quality and compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and forms per the Quality Health and Safety Management Systems (QHS).
- Interacting with Engineering and Material specialist to identify and improve the process
- Inspection of raw materials and printed components to ensure the quality.
- Generating inspection reports and Procedures
- Verifying the drawings
- Maintaining the calibration of all inspection instruments.
