• We are seeking a strong Product Manager to build the future of customer communication in Africa.

• As a Product Manager, you will own a core product area and drive measurable business impact.

• You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ship high-quality, scalable features that improve customer experience, platform reliability, and revenue growth.

• This role is ideal for someone who has built B2B SaaS products and wants to scale impact in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership

• Own a clearly defined product area or feature set end-to-end

• Drive roadmap planning aligned to quarterly and annual OKRs

• Ensure timely and high-quality execution from discovery to launch

• Demonstrate accountability for product outcomes, not just outputs

Product Discovery & Definition

• Define and prioritise product requirements

• Write clear PRDs with acceptance criteria

• Define success metrics before development begins

• Identify trade-offs and make informed prioritisation decisions

Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work effectively with Engineering, Design, and QA

• Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming

• Ensure scope clarity and delivery alignment

• Communicate product vision, progress, and risks to stakeholders

• Maintain clear documentation and release communication

Strategic Thinking & Trade-Offs

• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals

• Identify opportunities for impact within existing product surfaces

• Make structured decisions under ambiguity

• Demonstrate sound judgment in prioritisation discussions

Collaboration & Communication

• Effectively collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and CS

• Communicate roadmap and updates clearly to stakeholders

• Gather structured feedback and synthesise insights

• Demonstrate ownership, follow-through, and bias for action

What We’re Looking For

• 3 – 5 years of Product Management experience

• Experience shipping B2B SaaS or platform/API products

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data

• Ability to translate business goals into product outcomes

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working in agile product environments
