Product Development - FMR AGENCY, Lagos

We are seeking Product Development Officers and a Manager to research, formulate, and develop new lubricant and chemical products, as well as enhance existing ones for performance, quality, and compliance. The role requires technical expertise, innovation, and teamwork with production, QA, and marketing units to deliver successful product launches. Salary: 200-400k Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve lubricant and chemical formulations.

• Conduct lab tests, quality checks, and performance evaluations.

• Ensure products meet industry standards (API, ISO, SON).

• Collaborate with production and marketing for product rollout.

• Document formulations, test results, and technical reports.

• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years (Officer) or 5 years (Manager) experience in product development/formulation.

• Strong knowledge of base oils, additives, and formulation standards.

• Proficient in MS Office and technical reporting.

• Excellent analytical, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
