Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of production for assigned programs, from creative conception to administrative delivery
• Plan shooting and production schedules related to assigned programs
• Ensure all production activities meet required standards and expected timeframes
• Conduct regular meetings with production crew and stakeholders to monitor production progress
• Oversee the production of assigned programs and take full responsibility for their final broadcast quality
• Determine quality standards, content direction, guest selection, and production crew composition
• Develop innovative ideas to improve program quality, content, viewership capacity, and overall production and commercial ratings
• Develop and execute strategies and project proposals
• Collaborate with the change management team on project execution
• Develop media plans and digital strategies for content production and execution
• Apply professional knowledge and technical expertise to maintain broadcast standards and organizational integrity
• Remain available to team up with staff members to ensure conception, development, execution, and success of programs, events, and station initiatives
• Conduct content comparison and benchmarking analysis
