## Title: Procurement Operations Analyst

About the Role

As a Procurement Operations Analyst, you will manage the complete procurement lifecycle for Rotation and Precision Machines Limited. This role involves processing RFQ requests, sourcing suppliers, preparing costing analyses, and providing quotes to clients. You will serve as a liaison between internal departments and suppliers, analyzing product samples, and negotiating procurement contracts to deliver maximum value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and respond to all RFQ requests within 48 hours
  • Negotiate with suppliers (local and international, direct and indirect purchases) to obtain optimal value and cost savings
  • Obtain and assess quotes from multiple suppliers, compiling detailed cost breakdowns
  • Identify and evaluate alternate procurement options while ensuring accuracy of needs, amounts, and cost center allocation
  • Manage strategic sourcing and vendor relationships (new and existing) to maximize savings
  • Establish and maintain SLAs with the sales team for request turnaround times
  • Track all requests through the CRM system to ensure no request is overlooked
  • Monitor and rank suppliers based on pricing, quality, and response speed to guide procurement decisions
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the company's supplier database
  • Stay informed of latest industry techniques and procurement methods
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to achieve daily targets
  • Analyze product samples and manage supplier communications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in engineering procurement
  • Strong understanding of procurement business practices
  • Data-driven approach to decision making
  • Good understanding of pricing margins and costing analysis
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheet applications
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong people management and issue resolution skills
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Thorough understanding of sourcing methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
