Procurement Officers - Tech Equipment & Gadget

Key Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate potential IT vendors, negotiating prices and terms for hardware, software, and IT services to achieve optimal value
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, assess their qualifications, and monitor their performance
• Develop, review, and ensure adherence to contracts to protect the company's interests
• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for computer-related purchases and projects
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with IT supply chains, including disruptions and compliance issues
• Ensure that procured IT products and services meet required quality standards and organizational needs
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, inventory, and supplier information

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, asset management, or supply chain management
• Familiarity with IT products, services, and software procurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly for record-keeping and analysis
• Experience with specialized procurement software
• Age: 23–25 years

Compensation

N150,000 – N180,000 per month
