Procurement Officer at Clinix Healthcare Nigeria

About the Role

Clinix Healthcare Nigeria is seeking a qualified Procurement Officer to join our team in Lagos. This position is responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor relationships, and supply chain operations to support our healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Professional certifications (CIPS, CPSP, or supply chain certifications) are an added advantage

Required Experience

• 2–4 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably within healthcare, diagnostics, or a technical industry
• Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing, market research, and negotiation strategies
• Ability to prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage inventory
• Experience with procurement software, vendor databases, and inventory systems (added advantage)

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical, organizational, and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills and high level of integrity
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
