Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and control kiln firing operations
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and other process parameters
• Troubleshoot kiln issues to reduce downtime and defects
• Implement safety, maintenance, and efficiency best practices
• Support continuous process improvements for energy savings and productivity

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
• 5 - 7 years' experience in ceramics, refractory, or heavy manufacturing industries
• Strong technical knowledge of kiln operations and process controls
