Process Engineer - Glaze Line at West African Ceramics Limited

Role Summary

We are seeking a qualified Process Engineer to oversee and optimize glaze line operations. You will ensure smooth production, maintain quality assurance, and uphold compliance with safety standards.

Ajaokuta, Kogi, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the glaze line
• Monitor and control process parameters to maintain product quality
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements
• Ensure safety, maintenance, and compliance with operational standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to the glaze line team

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
• Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in ceramics, manufacturing, or process engineering
• Strong knowledge of glaze application processes and production machinery
