Process Engineer at International Energy Services Limited (IESL)

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for reviewing and optimizing process and utility systems on the FPSO, including separators, heat exchangers, pumps, and compressors. The successful candidate will ensure process safety, efficiency, and alignment with project design intent.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform process simulations, heat & material balances, and flow assurance studies
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, control philosophies, and cause & effect charts
• Support debottlenecking studies and Brownfield modifications
• Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and other safety reviews
• Ensure compliance with API, ASME, ISO, and client standards

Qualifications

• B.Sc./B.Eng. in Chemical or Process Engineering
• 5–10+ years of FPSO or offshore process experience
• Proficiency in HYSYS, PIPESIM, and similar tools
