About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Principal to provide strategic leadership, supervision, and administration that ensures high academic standards, staff productivity, and overall school excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily school operations and academic programs
• Supervise and mentor teachers and non-teaching staff
• Ensure effective teaching, learning, and discipline
• Coordinate curriculum planning and implementation
• Promote school values, culture, and student welfare
• Liaise with parents, management, and external bodies

Education Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
• TRCN certification required

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years teaching experience
• At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
