Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and classroom participation
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning space
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and concerns
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance the learning experience
• Organize extracurricular activities and school events to promote holistic development
• Stay updated with educational trends, teaching methods, and professional development opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or Early Childhood Education
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
• Ability to commute to Satellite Town, Lagos
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
