Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Presales Engineer and Security expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of digital infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions, with the ability to work closely with OEMs to design end-to-end solutions for our customers.
As a Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for solution architectures, proof of concepts (PoCs), proof of value (PoV), and delivering technical expertise to prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone eager to take on technical sales, solution design, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical product demonstrations, proofs of concept, demos, and workshops for prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales teams, OEMs, vendors, and industry partners to understand client requirements and provide tailored IT solutions
- Respond to proposals, RFPs, and RFQs to support global targets
- Create detailed architectural designs, engineering specifications, and implementation plans for networks and solutions
- Deliver training and support to sales teams and engineers under the direction of the enterprise manager
- Participate in product and service pitch meetings, bids, and technical defences with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide pre- and post-sales support in solution deployment to ensure client satisfaction and seamless onboarding
- Work closely with the enterprise manager, sales team, and delivery teams
Required Skills & Attributes
- Deep technical knowledge of digital infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions
- Proven ability to design end-to-end solutions for enterprise clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders
