About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children feel valued and cared for
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities that encourage exploration, play-based learning, and early development
• Support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of children aged 2–3 years
• Foster positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and milestones
• Maintain a structured yet flexible classroom atmosphere that encourages creativity, discipline, and joy in learning

Requirements

• Minimum of NCE / B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Proven experience as a Pre-Nursery or Early Years teacher
• Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy
• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to integrate songs, rhymes, storytelling, and play into daily learning
