PPS (Pipeline & Process Services) Operations Manager at Librod Energy Services Limited

Role Overview

LIBROD is seeking a technically proficient and operationally driven PPS Operations Manager to lead Pipeline & Process Services activities across Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all PPS projects, including precommissioning, decommissioning, nitrogen/helium leak testing, cleaning, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, and maintenance operations.

This role demands a combination of strong technical background, leadership capability, and commercial awareness to ensure world-class service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all PPS operations from project planning to execution and close-out
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, company standards, and HSE requirements
• Manage equipment readiness, crew competency, and logistics to ensure operational efficiency
• Develop project execution plans, risk assessments, and cost controls for each assignment
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, and operational excellence
• Support business development activities by providing technical input and operational insight during tender preparation and client meetings
• Mentor and develop field and engineering teams to sustain LIBROD's culture of technical excellence and accountability

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in pipeline and process services operations management
• Strong technical background in precommissioning, decommissioning, and related operations
• Demonstrated leadership capability and team management experience
• Knowledge of HSE compliance and industry standards
• Project management and cost control expertise
• Commercial awareness and business development support experience
