An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive POS terminal sales through active field marketing, merchant acquisition, and direct sales activities.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage POS merchants, agent networks, and independent marketers within assigned territories.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between POS merchants/agents and management.
  • Develop and implement practical POS sales strategies to grow terminal deployment, transaction volume, and active merchants.
  • Conduct market visits, prospecting, and merchant engagement to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure timely POS deployment, activation, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Admin Manager to ensure proper documentation, merchant KYC, onboarding records, and internal coordination.
  • Work hand in hand with the Accounts Manager to ensure accurate sales reporting, revenue tracking, settlements, and reconciliation.
  • Monitor sales pipelines including leads, onboarding, activations, transaction performance, and retention of merchants.
  • Provide basic training and ongoing support to merchants on POS usage and best practices.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales, merchant activity, and performance reports to management.
  • Uphold brand standards, ethical sales practices, and regulatory compliance at all times.
Required Qualifications: and Requirements
  • Must be a graduate of a recognized higher institution or possess a relevant equivalent qualification.
  • Strong computer literacy is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in field sales, POS sales, fintech sales, or merchant acquisition is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated skill in marketing and sales with clear ability to close deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage external POS merchants and agents effectively.
  • Prior experience in POS, fintech, or agency banking is a strong added advantage
