About the Role

Kaylog Economic Freedom Campaign (KEFC) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Portfolio Manager. This role offers the opportunity to manage loan portfolios across multiple locations in Ogun State while building meaningful client relationships and supporting financial inclusion.

Locations

Igbogila, Sango Ota, Ilaro, Ifo, Idiroko, and Owode, Ogun

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and recruit potential loan clients within assigned areas
• Process loan applications and conduct credit appraisals
• Recommend loan approvals based on comprehensive risk assessment
• Monitor loan disbursement and ensure timely repayment by clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business
• Conduct loan recovery activities and follow up on overdue payments
• Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and client interactions
• Provide financial education and advisory services to clients
• Ensure compliance with institutional credit policies and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications & Experience

• SSCE, NCE, OND, HND, or BSc Degree
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel within Ogun and Oyo States as needed
