Job Summary:
- Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining all plumbing systems across the property to ensure smooth water flow, drainage, and overall functionality.
- Install and repair pipes, water lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.
- Diagnose plumbing faults (leaks, blockages, pressure issues) and fix them promptly.
- Maintain and repair pumps, valves, heaters, and related equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure plumbing work meets safety and building standards.
- Respond to emergencies and maintenance requests quickly.
- Keep accurate records of completed work and materials used.
- Proven experience as a plumber.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.
- Good troubleshooting and technical skills.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
