Job Summary

We are seeking a competent Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our LPG plant located in Army Barracks, Onitsha, Anambra State. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff and shift schedules
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the gas plant
• Ensure safe and efficient plant operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Monitor daily sales and cash remittance
• Drive sales and revenue growth
• Prepare periodic operational reports
• Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent customer service
• Guarantee compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
• IT-savvy with ability to use financial software and tools
• Good knowledge of LPG plant equipment, safety standards, and operational processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to handle operational challenges
