Planning Engineer at International Energy Services Limited (IESL)

Job Purpose

Responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, resource allocation, and progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop baseline schedules and update progress reports
• Perform critical path and variance analysis
• Interface with engineering leads for activity planning
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress dashboards

Requirements & Certifications

• B.Sc./B.Eng. in Engineering or Project Management
• 10+ years of planning experience in FPSO projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• PMP certification (advantageous)
