About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Pharmacy Technician to join their healthcare team in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in preparing, packaging, and dispensing medications accurately
• Maintain proper inventory of drugs and medical supplies; monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Ensure safe storage, labeling, and handling of pharmaceutical products
• Provide guidance to patients on medication usage under the supervision of the pharmacist
• Maintain accurate patient medication records in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years' proven experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy practice
• National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy Technology
• Valid registration and practicing license with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN)
• Strong knowledge of drug regulations, prescription handling, and pharmaceutical ethics
• Excellent attention to detail, record keeping, and inventory management skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with pharmacists and healthcare staff
