About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Pharmacist to join our expanding team at Oceanic Health Management Limited. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services across our healthcare network.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise procurement, manage supply chains, and oversee dispensation of high-quality medications to patients across the country
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and legality
• Maintain records of patients' medication histories
• Educate patients about drug interactions and side effects where appropriate
• Measure, monitor, and improve metrics related to pharmacy program efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Analyze pharmacy performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain records for tracking key pharmacy metrics
• Implement and evaluate strategies to optimize pharmacy operations
• Provide training and guidance to other healthcare staff on pharmacy procedures and best practices
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experience and optimize medication management
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and NHIA stipulations
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Medical Operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in HMO settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and review
• Strong numerical proficiency
