About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal/Executive Assistant to work closely with the CEO. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and communication support, ensuring the CEO's daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This role requires excellent writing skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced executive environment.
Location Requirements
This position is open only to candidates currently based in Abuja. At this time, relocation support and remote work arrangements are not available. Applicants must already reside in Abuja and be available to work on-site as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
- Draft, edit, and format professional documents, reports, emails, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
- Manage internal and external correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and track action points
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (both digital and physical)
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis using Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics when required
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal teams, partners, and stakeholders
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- Support special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
