Position Overview
Afripoint Group Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to provide administrative, scheduling, and confidential support to the MD. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's schedule, meetings, and correspondence
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and internal communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity tools
