## Title: Personal Assistant to the Group Chief Executive Officer

Role Overview

The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO), enabling effective decision-making, optimal time management, and seamless execution of business priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, multitasking ability, and a strong understanding of executive office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the GCEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to ensure optimal use of time
  • Prepare, review, and organize briefing materials, reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external engagements
  • Coordinate and track the execution of strategic initiatives, assignments, and project deliverables
  • Serve as a liaison between the GCEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, departments, staff, board members, regulators, and partners
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of board meetings and executive sessions
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Be flexible and responsive to the dynamic demands of an executive office
  • Support sales-related activities and demonstrate a proactive drive towards business growth

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline
  • Proven background experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to C-level executives
  • Willingness to reside within company-provided accommodation
