## Title: Personal Assistant to the Director

About the Role

Laboria Limited is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support one of our Directors. You will manage daily schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure a balanced workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Ensure seamless communication and follow-ups on key tasks and deadlines
  • Handle correspondence, meeting minutes, and other administrative duties as required
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and necessary logistics when needed
  • Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
