Job Summary
The Personal Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and organizational support, helping to manage the CEO's schedule, communication, and priorities. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth. The role requires discretion, efficiency, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Support the CEO in personal errands or logistics when required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
