Job Summary
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO of Nairametrics, you will play a vital strategic and administrative role, ensuring the CEO's time, priorities, and engagements are efficiently managed. You will serve as the primary support system to the CEO, handling communications, scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Location
Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria
Preferred: Candidates residing within Lekki and its environs
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate travel logistics
- Act as a reliable point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Track and follow up on key deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met
- Assist in organizing company events, strategy sessions, and executive meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar executive support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
