Key Responsibilities
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
- Organize and maintain filing systems, databases, and records
- Prepare meeting agendas, collate materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Conduct research on various topics and assist with personal errands as needed
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and manage the executive's calendar to ensure no conflicts
- Act as a first point of contact, screen calls, manage correspondence, and draft emails or letters on behalf of the executive
- Book and arrange flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for business or personal trips
Required Qualifications
- BSc in Business Administration or related field
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Must reside in the Ikoyi area
