Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing restaurant business. The ideal candidate will be smart, resourceful, and able to work closely with both the CEO and unit heads across various restaurant outlets. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare, compile, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Serve as liaison between the CEO and unit heads to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on directives
- Track progress of key projects, deadlines, and business initiatives
- Draft correspondence, memos, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Organize business travel, events, and logistics
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3–5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry is a plus)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and anticipate needs
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
