## Title: Personal Assistant / Admin Officer

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a dynamic Personal Assistant / Admin Officer position.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Help with daily time management and diary scheduling
  • Make travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and logistics
  • Coordinate events and other engagements
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Act as the point of contact between the director and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing systems
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • BSc in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven 2-4 years of work experience as a personal assistant
  • Tech-savvy with experience in word processing and email programs
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
