About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Security Guard to protect property, assets, and people through patrolling, monitoring surveillance, controlling access, responding to incidents, and enforcing security protocols. This position requires vigilance, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining order while serving as a visible deterrent to crime.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols and inspect premises (doors, windows, gates) to identify potential threats
• Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Manage entry and exit points, verify identification, and control visitor and vehicle flow
• Enforce access policies and maintain security protocols
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies (fire, medical incidents), and disturbances
• Take appropriate action in response to security incidents, including potential detention of trespassers or perpetrators
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal behavior and enforce company rules
• Write detailed daily activity logs, incident reports, and security breach documentation for management review
• Operate and maintain security equipment including radios, alarms, and CCTV systems
• Report equipment malfunctions and request repairs as needed
• Provide basic first aid and CPR assistance when necessary

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant security experience
• Relevant security qualifications
