About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Performance Manager to oversee the performance management framework of the organization. The successful candidate will ensure that employee performance aligns with strategic business goals through effective goal setting, evaluation systems, and data-driven performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage the company's performance management system
- Support leadership in setting SMART performance goals and KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate and facilitate annual performance review processes
- Analyse performance data and provide insights to management for decision-making
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, metrics, and reports
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify and address skill gaps
- Support managers in providing feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans
- Drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives that reinforce performance culture
- Ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance in the performance appraisal process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in performance management or HR analytics within a structured organization
- Strong understanding of performance management systems, KPIs, and goal-setting frameworks
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS or performance management tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in HR (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent)
