About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Patrol Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Security and Investigations industry. The Patrol Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing patrol operations to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties. This position requires a proactive leader who can manage a team of security personnel while maintaining high standards of conduct and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security patrol activities to ensure all tasks are executed efficiently
• Conduct regular inspections of security personnel to evaluate performance and compliance with established protocols
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies and provide appropriate guidance and support to staff
• Compile and analyze reports on security incidents and prepare recommendations for improvements
• Develop and implement effective training programs for security staff to enhance operational effectiveness
• Develop and implement effective patrolling strategies across assigned sites
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and foster strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction
• Promote best practices in security measures and utilize advanced technology to streamline operations
