About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Patient Relationship Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on improving patient experience, ensuring satisfaction, and building strong relationships with our patients. You will address patient inquiries, manage complaints, and coordinate services to enhance the overall patient journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and maintain accurate patient records
• Update and maintain patient information in accordance with hospital protocols
• Manage communication between patients and medical personnel
• Maintain appointment records for medical staff
• Assist medical personnel in planning and organizing their work schedules
• Process patient billing and entries
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• HND or B.Sc Degree
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in patient care and data entry
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to manage patient billing processes
