Job Summary: A Patient Relationship Executive will focus on improving patient experience, ensuring satisfaction, and building strong relationships. They address patient inquiries, manage complaints, and coordinate services to enhance the overall patient journey. Job Responsibilities:

• Documentation of patients' records.

• Updating and maintaining patients' records.

• Managing communication between patients and the doctors.

• Maintaining records of appointments for medical personnels

• Assisting medical personnels in planning their schedule of work.

• Carry out other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2-3years relevant work experience.

• Ability to attend to patients and do their entries, doing patient billing.

• Computer guru.
