Partnership Inventory Dispatch Officer

Position Overview

Salpha Energy Limited is seeking a Partnership Inventory Dispatch Officer to manage the end-to-end distribution of inventory and products to partners. This role ensures seamless disbursement and delivery to partnership branches within the state. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and logistical skills to align all inventory operations with company objectives, partnership sales targets, and partner expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch and Distribution Operations

• Plan and execute effective product disbursement strategies across assigned branches using route mapping to achieve distribution cost effectiveness and prompt product availability
• Coordinate and monitor all dispatched products to ensure they arrive in good condition
• Optimize delivery schedules to reduce lead times and improve operational efficiency
• Track deliveries and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders

Partnership Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned branches and partners regarding product deliveries and inventory inquiries
• Provide timely updates to all partners on product availability, delivery schedules, and stock levels
• Attend union meetings regularly to inform partners and customers about product offerings
• Interface regularly with Branch Managers and Customer Service Officers to ensure efficient sales processing and fund remittance to company accounts
• Maintain strong working relationships with branch executives to maximize results

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of all products disbursed to partnership branches
• Regularly update inventory databases to reflect stock movements, deliveries, and returns across assigned branches
• Conduct routine stock audits and reconciliations with branches to ensure accountability and minimize discrepancies

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to inventory dispatch and distribution operations
