About the Role
We are recruiting a Partner Development Manager to drive business growth across an assigned territory. This role focuses on partner relationship management, sales achievement, and business development through effective channel management and performance oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales targets to achieve business objectives and KPIs for the territory
- Manage key partner and customer relationships, including handling complaints and concerns
- Track partner performance and conduct monthly reconciliation reviews
- Ensure compliance with company trade policies and procedures
- Execute monthly partner visitation and engagement plans
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through channel expansion
- Guide partners to achieve sales targets and grow the sales portfolio
- Analyze partner performance against agreed KPIs
- Organize activities focused on customer acquisition and debt recovery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc)
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience
Required Skills and Attributes
- Field sales experience and market intelligence knowledge
- Sales experience with high-demand products
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Fluency in local language(s)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
