## Title: Partner Development Manager - Akwa Ibom
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Partner Development Manager covering the Akwa Ibom territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales targets and achieve business objectives and KPIs for the assigned territory
- Manage key partner and customer relationships, addressing complaints and concerns promptly
- Ensure full compliance with company trade policies and procedures
- Track partner performance and conduct monthly reconciliation reviews
- Adhere to monthly partner visitation and engagement journey plans
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through opening new channels and managing partners to achieve sales targets
- Analyze partner performance against agreed KPIs and organize activities to drive acquisition and repayment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Proven knowledge of field sales and market intelligence
- Demonstrated sales experience with sticky products
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Fluency in local language
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
