This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Market and sell paint products to distributors, retailers, contractors, painters, and construction firms
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations where necessary
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements: & Qualifications
  • HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (added advantage).
  • Proven experience in sales/marketing, preferably in paint, building materials, or FMCG
  • Strong understanding of the Lagos and/or Abuja markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
