Outside Plant Engineer- Design Technician at IpNX Nigeria Limited

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Outside Plant Engineer will be responsible for designing and maintaining network infrastructure outside the central office, working closely with other engineering teams to ensure seamless network operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed site surveys for outside plant infrastructure projects
• Oversee OSP construction projects from planning to completion
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all projects and activities
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize network operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Demonstrated skills in Outside Plant (OSP), OSP Engineering, and OSP Construction
• Experience in Network Design for outside plant infrastructure
• Ability to conduct detailed site surveys and maintain accurate documentation
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the telecommunications industry
