Outlet Supervisor - OPIC Isheri

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide leadership and oversee the daily operations and management of our outlet. In this role, you will maximize profit while minimizing costs and ensure the outlet meets all operational, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and team leadership
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Maintain adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures for food production and outlet operations
• Enforce food safety and quality policies in line with So Fresh standards
• Ensure compliance with So Fresh standard recipes and measurements
• Monitor and optimize product and service quality, operating costs, customer satisfaction, and safety procedures
• Assess resource requirements during peak hours and schedule staff accordingly
• Monitor help desk sales closure and ensure completion at promised times
• Manage team member well-being, health, and leave processes
• Allocate and approve overtime hours as needed
• Coach and mentor team members to deliver excellent results
• Conduct training on equipment operations, work procedures, and safety protocols for new hires

Requirements

• Minimum OND, HND, or BSc qualification
• 3–5 years' experience in the food or retail industry
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in the food or retail industry
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent record-keeping and supervisory skills
• Must reside close to the work location: OPIC, Berger
